DESCRIPTION OF THE CEM SOLUTION FOR APARTMENT BUILDINGS
Online measurement of consumption data for all types of energy in your homeowners' association (HOA). The data is automatically sent to the CEM (Central Energy Management) application, which processes this information for the purpose of allocating costs to individual apartments, monitoring expenses, analyzing consumption, and reporting alarm conditions (such as leaks). The CEM application is provided as a cloud service and mobile application.

WATER METERING
The system allows you to view water consumption both for the entire building and for individual apartments. It can also evaluate the difference between the total consumption of the building and the sum of the consumption from individual apartment units, including non-residential spaces. The system also includes alarm notifications for water leaks.
HEAT METERING
We perform heat metering using the degree-day method, which is established in the decree on the allocation of heating costs and the collective preparation of hot water. This method, based on measuring temperatures in individual apartments, is considered the fairest. It not only allows for fair cost allocation but also enables you to regulate the heat source in your apartment building, significantly reducing heating costs.
