VGP is a leading developer and operator of industrial parks in Central and Eastern Europe. In the Czech Republic, VGP manages several industrial parks, including those in Olomouc, Prostějov, Chomutov and Tuchoměřice. These parks provide their tenants with comprehensive infrastructure, including electricity supply, which is provided through Local Distribution Systems (LDS).

Solution description

For VGP, we have deployed a metering and software support system that enables efficient management of their LDS at these sites. The system is interconnected with more than hundreds of electricity meters, providing accurate and reliable real-time online readings of electricity consumption.

In addition, we have also provided software that supports the operation of the LDS and enables it to meet all legislative requirements, including connection to the Electricity Market Operator. The system has been implemented with a view to minimising investment costs, utilising existing infrastructure and building bus systems.
