The Tonaso industrial complex in Neštěmice near Ústí nad Labem has a rich history dating back to 1905, when the Belgian inventor Solvay founded a soda plant here. After the end of soda production in 1991, the site was transformed into the TONASO Industrial Zone. Today, the zone is home to more than 50 entities from various sectors, including chemical production, warehousing, engineering and other industrial and commercial activities.

Solution description

For the Tonaso industrial complex, we implemented a comprehensive system for measuring and managing electricity, water, gas and heat consumption using calorimeters. The data from the metering devices is transmitted using WMBUS radio technology at 169 MHz, which ensures reliable transmission of readings to a central server. This data is then used for accurate billing to tenants.
