Paladium - the most famous shopping centre in Prague and the Czech Republic uses the CEM Business system for online electricity, heat and water metering. The shopping centre uses the system to support the operation of the LDS (local distribution network) and to improve services for tenants of the commercial units.

The Paladium Shopping Centre comprises more than one hundred retail units, extensive retail and restaurant space with a multi-storey underground car park. It provides its tenants with basic energy and water services with monthly billing.

Solution description

The CEM Business system was implemented in the OC in 2020 using the building's bus systems at minimal investment cost. Several hundred electricity meters, calorimeters and water meters are connected to the system.
