In cooperation with the managing director of the centre and his team we adjusted the CEM Business exactly to the real needs and demands of multifunctional building managers.
CONTROL CENTRE PRAGUE 11
CEM Monitor was implemented in the Control Centre of Prague 11 in January 2012 for the automatic meter reading of water and gas consumption in nursery and elementary schools of Prague 11 quarter. Shortly after the CEM Monitor installation, there appeared a problem on water system in one of the monitored nursery schools. The system metered water consumption beyond the regular school operation. Water leakage had been detected and the pipe had been repaired immediatelly during the following 24 hours. The Prague 11 district has got a powerful tool for gaining the savings in water and gas consumption in the school institutions.
KAUFLAND CZ
In cooperation with water companies we provide Kaufland hypermarkets with automatic water meter reading. Thanks to the CEM system and its alert subsystem we managed to prevent water losses and wastage in the Kaufland properties.
CPI
In OC Spektrum (Trade Centre Spektrum) we provide automatic electrometer reading in the lease units and common utility premises via the 169MHz WMBUS technology.
FORUM ÚSTÍ NAD LABEM
We provide automatic remote meter readings and monthly utility costs allocation among the leased premises in the Shopping Centre Forum in Ústí nad Labem.
